Original recipe yields 14 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped apple

Mix Neufchatel and dressing with mixer until blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Substitute KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing for MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing and finely chopped pear for the apple.
How to Core Apples & Pears
Cut whole apples or pears into quarters. Use a paring knife to cut away core and seeds from each quarter, starting at the stem end and cutting downward in a semi-circular motion.
You will need about 1/2 of an apple to get 1/2 cup finely chopped apple. Cut remainder of the apple into wedges for dipping.
