Brunch is always a good time, but these sweet and savory Bacon Brunch Kabobs with fruit will make it even better.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, partially cooked, drained
2 small banana s, cut into 16 (3/4-inch slices)
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
16 small strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Weave bacon slices onto 8-inch skewers alternately with fruit.
Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle generously onto kabobs.
Place on broiler pan. Bake 15 min. or until bacon is browned, turning once.
Space fruit and bacon loosely on skewer to allow bacon to brown.
Substitute 2 ripe nectarines or peaches, peeled, cut into 16 pieces, for the whole strawberries.
Substitute 1/8 fresh pineapple cut into 16 (3/4-inch cubes) for the canned pineapple.
