1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 bar (3.25 oz.) Swiss milk chocolate nougat bar, chopped
1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
vanilla wafers

Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chocolate.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Shape into ball; roll in nuts. Serve with wafers.
