As fancy as it looks, this Italian Five-Cheese Wreath Appetizer requires no special pans. (You'll make the hole in the center with a drinking glass.)

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion s
1 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper s
2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash ground red pepper (cayenne)

Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in small bowl with mixer until blended.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.

Place drinking glass on center of platter. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture around glass, just touching outer edge of glass to form ring; smooth with spatula. Remove glass before serving.

Note
Cheese mixture can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before using to form wreath as directed.
