Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1-1/3 cups water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2 green onions, sliced

Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned. Remove from skillet.

Add vegetables and water to skillet; bring to boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

Top with chicken and cheese; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onion.
