Sweet and sticky with hickory smoke BBQ sauce, this tasty skillet dish has it all—bone-in pork chops, stuffing and peppers.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 small onion, sliced
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
6 bone-in pork chop s (2-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
3/4 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Cook and stir onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp. hot oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet.

Add remaining oil and chops to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chops are done (145ºF). Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

Spoon vegetable mixture over chops; top with barbecue sauce. Cover; simmer on low heat until 3 min. or sauce is heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with stuffing.
