Here's a toasted whole wheat pita pocket full of cheesy omelet goodness, made with egg whites, Dijon mustard and chopped veggies.

2 egg whites
1 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 KRAFT Singles
1/2 of a whole wheat pita bread (6 inch), toasted

Whisk egg whites and water in small bowl until blended. Stir in mustard.

Cook and stir vegetables in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min. or until crisp-tender. Add egg mixture; cover. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until center is set; top with Singles.

Fold omelet in half; place in pita pocket.
