Marinated in a Thai-inspired sauce made with peanut butter, soy sauce and dressing, these chicken kabobs are broiler-quick and weeknight-easy.

1/4 cup KRAFT Tangy Bacon CATALINA Dressing & Marinade
3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut lengthwise into strips
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
1 green onion, chopped

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 10 min.

Heat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Broil, 6 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done. Top with nuts and onions.

How to Soak Wooden Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 10 min. before using. This will help to prevent them from burning when grilling the skewered food.

Turn leftovers into a delicious Asian-inspired salad. Just remove chicken from skewers, chop and add to mixed greens along with shredded carrots. Toss with KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing just before serving.
