1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted and cooled
2 egg s
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Heat oven to 350°F.

Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Add eggs; mix just until blended.

Pour into crust.

Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.
