These Chocolate-Coffee Cheesecake Brownies are simply scrumptious—and even more so with a dash of orange liqueur or orange juice.

1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup butter
2-1/2 cups sugar, divided
1/2 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CAFÉ Orange Café, divided
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice, divided
5 egg s, divided
1-1/4 cups flour, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 tsp. orange zest

Heat oven to 350°F.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir 2 cups sugar and 1/4 cup each instant coffee and orange juice into chocolate mixture until blended. Mix in 4 eggs. Stir in 1 cup flour until blended. Spread into foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup each flour and instant coffee and remaining orange juice and zest in same bowl with whisk until blended. Spoon mixture over brownie batter. Swirl with knife to marbleize.

Bake 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan.

How to Test Brownies For Doneness
Unlike cakes, brownies are best when moist and fudgy inside. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out with fudgy crumbs clinging to it, the brownies are done. For a visual test, make sure the edges of the brownies have pulled away from the sides of the pan.
Note
Bake at 325°F if using a glass baking dish.
