What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg s
1/3 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or YUBAN Coffee (any variety), cooled
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add eggs and coffee; mix just until blended. Pour into crust.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate 3 hours.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
