Fun, festive and fruity, these Cranberry-Orange Mini JELL-O Desserts are made in paper-lined muffin pans and make an adorable presentation at the table.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
2 cans (11 oz. each) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, undrained
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
2/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1 DOLE Apple, chopped

Let's Make It
Drain oranges, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 2-1/2 cups; pour into small saucepan. Bring to boil. Add to dry gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Stir in oranges, cranberry sauce, nuts and apples. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
Refrigerate 2-1/2 hours or until firm. Remove desserts from liners before serving.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Orange Tangerine Flavor Gelatin.
Prepare using JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin or JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin.
