Grab your skillet, some Parmesan and garlic. You're about to turn a couple of packages of frozen green beans into a company's coming side dish.

Original recipe yields 16 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 portobello mushroom s, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen green beans, thawed
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally.

Add beans and tomatoes; stir. Cook 5 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

Place packages of frozen beans in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.

Prepare recipe as directed, omitting the cheeses. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, covered, at 325ºF for 50 min.; top with the cheeses. Bake 5 to 10 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
