1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups oil
2 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined

Mix bread crumbs and cheese in shallow bowl or pie plate. Whisk eggs and water in separate bowl until blended.
Heat oil in large deep skillet to 360°F on medium-high heat. Dip shrimp into egg mixture, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp.
Cook shrimp, in batches, 2 to 4 min. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
