What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 tsp. oil
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
1 red pepper, chopped
2 cans (8 oz. each) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1/4 cup KRAFT Honey Spiced Pork Chop Barbecue Sauce
2 green onions, chopped
2 tsp. minced gingerroot
2 tsp. lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 3 min. Add peppers; cook 4 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.
Add all remaining ingredients except cilantro; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.
Top with cilantro.
Serve with hot cooked rice and steamed baby carrots.
Substitute 3/4 tsp. dried ginger for the fresh gingerroot.
