1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Cook first 4 ingredients in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Stir in nuts.
Serve warm with dippers, such as strawberries, apple or pear slices, banana chunks, angel food or pound cake cubes, or assorted cookies.
