4 cups frozen bite-size roasted potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 large zucchini, halved, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
4 boneless veal chops (1 lb.)
1 pkt. (1/2 of 5.5 oz. pkg.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Italian Seasoned Coating Mix
1/4 cup OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine first 3 ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
Coat veal chops with coating mix; place over vegetable mixture.
