Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. cheese onto one half of each tortilla; top with 3 asparagus pieces. Fold tortillas in half.
Heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
Cut quesadillas into thirds. Serve with salsa.
Serve with a mixed green salad and a glass of fat free milk to round out the meal.
