Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 30 sec. Stir in food coloring.
Add cereal; mix well. Press into 4-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
Run knife around edges of mold to loosen wreath. Invert mold onto plate; tap lightly to release wreath. Decorate with remaining ingredients to resemble holly leaves and berries.
How to Press Cereal Mixture into Ring Mold
Use waxed paper to press marshmallow mixture onto bottom of prepared mold.
Use red chewy fruit snack rolls to make decorative bow and/or ribbon for the wreath.
