1 qt. (4 cups) milk, divided
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
4 miniature candy cane s, finely crushed

Cook chocolate and 1/2 cup milk in medium saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly.
Add remaining milk; cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in extract.
Serve topped with COOL WHIP and crushed candy.
