1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup shredded carrot s
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Prepare stuffing as directed on package, substituting broth for the water.

Flat-leaf parsley, also known as Italian parsley, is the preferred choice for cooking because of its distinctive flavor. The milder-tasting curly parsley is best used for garnishing.
