What You Need
Select All
2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (0.3 oz. each) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup cold pomegranate juice
1 can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in 2-qt. bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and juice. Refrigerate 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until thickened.

Stir in oranges. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm. Combine COOL WHIP and spices; spread over gelatin.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
