This easy Pumpkin Cinnamon Tiramisu takes just 20 minutes to make—and spends the rest of the time getting scrumptious in the fridge.

Original recipe yields 12 servings
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) soft ladyfingers, split, divided
2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup boiling water
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Arrange half the ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Dissolve coffee and 1 Tbsp. sugar in boiling water. Brush 1/2 cup coffee mixture over ladyfingers in dish.

Beat Neufchatel in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add 2/3 cup sugar; mix well. Add pumpkin and cinnamon; mix well. Blend in COOL WHIP.

Spread half the Neufchatel mixture over ladyfingers in dish; top with remaining ladyfingers. Brush with remaining coffee. Cover with remaining Neufchatel mixture. Grate chocolate over top. Refrigerate 4 hours.
