What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 tsp. oil
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
3 cups frozen peas
1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ Fat Free Classic Chicken Gravy
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken made with Whole Wheat

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, turning after 3 min.
Stir in peas, gravy and dressing; bring to boil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Drop spoonfuls of stuffing over chicken mixture around edge of skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and stuffing is heated through.
Substitute 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices, for the chicken breasts.
