What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 each green and red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
1 cup fat-free milk
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 slices whole wheat bread, torn into bite-size pieces

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook vegetables in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Whisk egg product, milk and seasonings in large bowl until blended. Stir in cheese and vegetables.
Spread bread onto bottom of 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with vegetable mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
