Original recipe yields 18 servings
1 pkg. (14.5 oz.) gingerbread mix
2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 cans (16 oz. each) sliced pears in juice, drained

Prepare gingerbread batter and bake as directed on package; cool completely. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.

Beat dry pudding mixes, cinnamon and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.

Layer 1/3 each of the gingerbread, pears and pudding in 3-qt. bowl; repeat layers twice.

Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
