Some might call adding chopped-up candy bars to this chocolate pudding fudge gilding the lily—and indeed, it is. Bet you won't hear any complaints though.

2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
1/3 cup water
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
3 cups powdered sugar
2 chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat bars (2.07 oz. each), coarsely chopped, divided
1/3 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, 6 Tbsp. butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min.

Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until blended. Stir in candy; press onto bottom of prepared pan.

Microwave remaining semi-sweet chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over pudding mixture; sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
