What You Need
Original recipe yields 32 servings
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 each red and green apple, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add apples and nuts; toss to evenly coat.
Combine Neufchatel and cheddar in separate medium bowl. Stir in sour cream; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with apple mixture.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
Substitute fresh pears for one or both of the apples.
