For an easy chicken skillet that's simply delicious, cook pasta and chicken, add sauce and spinach and serve over pasta. Top with creamy three-cheese blend.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 lb. whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat 3 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Add sauce and crushed pepper; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cook 1 min. or just until wilted, stirring frequently.

Drain pasta. Serve topped with chicken mixture and cheese.
