3 cups shell macaroni, uncooked
1 jar (5 oz.) KRAFT Pimento Spread
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
Drain macaroni; return to pan.
Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir on low heat until pimento spread is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Variation Tomato-Spinach Macaroni & Cheese
Prepare as directed, adding 1 chopped tomato and 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves to drained cooked macaroni along with the remaining ingredients; cook and stir until spinach is wilted and macaroni mixture is heated through.
