What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. (6 oz ) baby spinach leaves
3 cups whole wheat penne pasta, cooked
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. Add spinach, in batches, cooking after each addition just until spinach starts to wilt.
Add pasta and sauce; mix lightly. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese.
Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, for the fresh spinach.
Add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper to cooked spinach mixture in skillet along with the pasta and sauce.
