What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish; top evenly with artichoke mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Serve this delicious chicken dish with a seasonal tossed salad or green vegetable!
Refrigerate remaining artichoke mixture. For a quick appetizer the next day, slice a French bread baguette; top each piece with 1 Tbsp. artichoke mixture. Bake at 375°F 10 to 12 min. or until mixture is bubbly.
