What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2/3 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Walnuts

Let's Make It
Coat chicken with flour; shake off excess.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 min. on each side. (Chicken will not be done.)
Mix broth, wine and lemon juice until blended; pour over chicken. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), sprinkling with nuts for the last few minutes.
Enjoy your favorite foods while keeping portion size in mind.
Serve over hot cooked long-grain white rice or noodles. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
