What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 carrot, sliced
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
1 cup snow peas, stems removed

Combine first 5 ingredients. Pour over chicken in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, stirring after 30 min.
Cook chicken mixture in large skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until done.
Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 to 8 min. or until vegetables are tender.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
