A blend of Parmesan and milk provides the creamy in this quick and easy chicken fettuccine skillet. (And when we say quick, we mean 25-minute quick!)
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add flour to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 1 min. or until hot and bubbly. Stir in broth, milk and cheese; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened.
Drain pasta. Add to sauce with chicken; toss to evenly coat.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
