These Italian Cheese-Stuffed Baked Chicken Breasts never fail to impress, but what's even more delightful is how easy they are to make!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
1/2 cup sliced roasted red pepper s
1 clove garlic, minced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Top each ham slice with basil and cheese; roll up tightly. Place 1 ham roll on each chicken breast; roll up tightly, starting at one short end. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish.
Bake 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Blend peppers and garlic in blender until smooth; spoon into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 40 sec. or until heated through. Serve over chicken.
How to Flatten Chicken Breasts
Place 2 chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with side of heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick. Remove chicken from bag; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
Serve with whole wheat linguini and a tossed green salad.
