8 carrot s, coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup drained canned crushed pineapple
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Cook carrots in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain.
Add butter and pineapple; mash until carrot mixture is desired consistency.
Stir in dressing and cinnamon.
