6 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
2 Tbsp. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Dip half of each cookie in chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered plate.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Let stand until chocolate coating is firm.

Frozen Chocolate-Dipped Bananas
Omit cookies. Cut 1 banana crosswise into 3 or 4 chunks. Insert wooden pop stick into center of each; dip in chocolate, then in coconut. Place in shallow waxed paper-lined pan; freeze until firm. Makes 1 serving.
