Here's a delicious, quick and easy weeknight dish for two, made with MINUTE rice and strips of beef and peppers in a tasty BBQ sauce.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/2 cup long-grain white rice
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 small each red and green pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, peppers and onions; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until meat is done. Add barbecue sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve meat mixture over rice.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.
