1 lb. linguine, uncooked
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
3 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup whipping cream
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.

Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
