Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed, well drained
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until done.
Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Top with cheese.
Substitute 1 each red, green and yellow pepper, cut into strips, and 1 large onion, coarsely chopped, for the frozen vegetable blend.
