Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
4 bone-in pork chop s (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
1 can (15 oz.) peach slices in juice, undrained
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 cups instant white rice, cooked

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.

Drain peaches, reserving juice. Mix juice with dressings and mustard until blended. Add peaches and dressing mixture to skillet; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chops are done (145°F), and sauce is hot and bubbly. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min.

Serve chops over rice; top with sauce.
