It's true that this baked chicken dish is delicious. What's also true: It's ridiculously easy to make. The secret is in the seasoned mayo marinade.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Let's Make It
Mix mayo and seasonings until blended; brush over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate.
Heat oven to 350ºF. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF).
Recycling Spice Bottles
Reuse empty spice bottles with shaker tops instead of throwing them out. Wash and dry them, then fill with flour for dusting cake pans, powdered sugar for garnishing desserts or cinnamon sugar for sprinkling on toast.
Chicken can be marinated up to 24 hours before baking as directed.
