1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1 cup water
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

Add chili, tomatoes and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice and VELVEETA; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir until VELVEETA is melted.
