This rustic-looking pizza looks like it was made in the Italian countryside. But you can make it right here with refrigerated dough and cherry tomatoes.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup tightly packed torn fresh basil leaves
1/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Pat and stretch pizza dough into 15x12-inch rustic rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush with oil. Prick in several places with fork; top with 1 cup cheese.
Combine tomatoes, basil and pepper; spread over crust. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
Prepare using a thawed frozen 12-inch pizza crust.
