Ground beef and potatoes on their own aren't all that exciting. But get A.1. Steak Sauce in there—and that's a beefy potato bake we can get excited about!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 4), peeled, cut into chunks
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup milk

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Add steak sauce; bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 5 min. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole.
Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until tender; drain. Mash potatoes with margarine and milk until smooth. Spread potato mixture evenly over meat mixture.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through.
Prepare using Yukon gold potatoes.
