Spread fudge topping onto bottom of pie crust.
Beat pudding mixes, coffee and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over fudge layer in crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
