1/2 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped, divided
3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. or until blended. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the chocolate; stir in remaining chocolate and 1/2 cup whipped topping.
