1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and onion s
2 cups cubed cooked red potatoes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fully cooked pork sausage patties, thawed, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 egg s
3/4 cup milk

Heat oven to 350°F.

Heat oil in 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add green peppers and onions; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally. Add potatoes, sausage and seasonings; stir. Cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; top with cheese.

Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over ingredients in skillet.

Bake 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
