Pork chops soak in a quick and easy marinade of honey Dijon dressing and then get baked with a buttery cracker topping made with mozzarella and rosemary.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Honey Mustard Dressing, divided
2 small boneless pork chop s (1/2 lb.)
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
6 round buttery cracker s, crushed
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed

Pour 3 Tbsp. dressing over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chop. Refrigerate 30 min.
Heat oven to 400°F. Mix remaining dressing with all remaining ingredients until blended. Place chops in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; press cracker mixture onto tops of chops.
Bake 20 min. or until chops are done (145°F). Remove chops from oven. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
